Gradient Tube Furnace for 1800 °C
This horizontal gradient furnace can consist of several zones that
can be regulated individually. Thus it is possible to attain regions
of constant temperature as well as gradients.

Horizontal
tube furnace up to 1800 °C
The heated length is divided into 3 separate zones. The two outer
zones are coupled to the main central zone so that they can be regulated
based on the temperature of the middle zone. A special overriding
'closed loop' regulation system allows the temperature gradients
in the direction radial to the tube axis to be limited. The working
tube has diameter of 130 mm and has special supports in the furnace.
Gas tight, water cooled stainless steel flanges on both sides of
the working tube allow the use of various atmospheres.

Vertical
tube furnace for 1700°C
This tube furnace contains a working tube that is closed at the
bottom. The experiments with reducing atmosphere and corrosive elements
can be conducted. The working tube hangs in the furnace tube and
can be adjusted so that it is always vertical without any tilt..
The top of the tube is closed with a gas tight stainless steel flange..

This furnace can be driven in all 3 directions manually. Each axis
can be adjusted to an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The heated length of the
furnace is divided into 5 separate heating zones each with its own
