Inert gas box furnace for 1700°C

This box furnace has a gas tight water cooled chamber. The furnace can be operated up to 1700 °C under inert gas. An oxygen sensor monitors the oxygen content in the exhaust gas. A vaccum pump can be used in order to purge the chamber before starting a heating cycle.

Inert gas box furnace up to 1100°C

1100°C The furnace chamber is welded gas tight. It is made of a high temperature resistant metallic alloy. The heating system is installed outside this chamber.
The door is water cooled and closes gas tight against the chamber. Due to the refractory metallic alloys required for such gas tight chambers, these furnaces are limited to approx. 1100°C maximum temperature. The furnace chamber is heated from 4 sides in order to achieve optimum temperature homogeneity.

Inert gas furnace up to 2200°C

This is an example of an inert gas furnace for high temperatures up to 2200°C. The heating as well as the insulation are made of graphite. The bottom drives down for easy loading and unloading. The temperature registration is done through a pyrometer. The furnace volume is heated from all sides except bottom and top. The stainless steel furnace casing is water cooled.
These furnaces can also be offered as front or top loading furnaces.
