The

model range

These furnaces are part of the new EasyLine model range. The EasyLoad group comprises of small laboratory furnace models up to a usable volume of 8 Liters.

For easy loading and unloading the floor of the furnace can be pulled out along with the door. The loading area is thus accessible from both sides as well as from above. Furthermore this method facilitates fast removal of a sample.

The EasyLoad model range is presently available in the 4 sizes listed below. The maximum temperatures can be variied between 1600 and 1800°C.

  • Double walled steel casing with forced air cooling, resulting in low outer wall temperatures
  • Outer casing in stable attractive frame
  • Inner casing and door in stainless steel door movement = EasyLoad system
  • Furnace insulation in high quality ceramic fibre :: or

  • UCI = Ultra Clean Insulation - Fibre insulation with extremely low alkaline content
  • Molybdenum disilicide or silicon carbide heating elements
  • Fast heating and cooling cycles
